These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 799pak ("we", "us", "the Platform", "799pak") governing all access to and use of the 799pak website located at https://799pak.cam and any associated services, betting markets, casino products and promotional materials made available through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the 799pak platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

799pak is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform serving players across Pakistan — from Karachi and Lahore to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. These Terms apply to all users regardless of their location within Pakistan or internationally.

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account with 799pak, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily, not under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a self-excluded player, either through 799pak's own self-exclusion system or through any responsible gambling registry applicable in the operator's license jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of any employee of 799pak, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or technology partners.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information. Providing false details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must hold only one (1) account on the platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under your own name or using a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited.
• You acknowledge that it is your personal responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

799pak reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Registration requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the sign-up process. All information must accurately reflect your true identity.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement that may be triggered at registration, at the time of your first withdrawal request, or at any point during your account's lifetime at the platform's discretion. KYC is required for identity confirmation, age verification, fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

Typical KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card, both sides) or a valid passport photo page.
• Proof of residential address dated within three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement (where required by the operator).
• A selfie or liveness check image as directed through the secure verification portal.
• Confirmation of your payment method, which may include a screenshot showing your Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah account details. These payment references are provided as context only and do not imply endorsement.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC. 799pak accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete, inadequate or fraudulent documentation submitted by the User.

Your use of the 799pak platform is governed by these Terms and by any additional rules published for specific products, games or promotions. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You further agree that you will not:

• Access the platform using another person's account credentials or on behalf of any third party without express authorisation.
• Exploit bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform's betting or gaming functionality.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Attempt to launder money or fund a betting account with funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harass, abuse or threaten any member of the 799pak support team or other platform users.

799pak reserves the right to monitor account activity and to investigate any suspected breach of these Terms. All decisions made by 799pak regarding disputes, rule interpretations and account reviews are final, subject to any applicable formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 15.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• A minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 (or the amount specified in the cashier) is required to qualify for any active welcome promotion.
• Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual familiarity for Pakistani users only. Their mention does not imply any endorsement of gambling activities by these institutions.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods verified during the KYC process and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be processed against bonus-related winnings.
• Processing times are operator-dependent. Standard withdrawal processing timelines are indicated in the cashier. 799pak does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• In the event that a withdrawal is returned by a payment processor for any reason, the funds will be credited back to your account balance, and you will be notified to provide alternative withdrawal instructions.

All promotional offers made available through 799pak — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral credits and birthday rewards — are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is shown in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or per-round stake applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lesser percentage as stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period beginning from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry. The expiry period is stated in each promotion.
• One Account, One Bonus: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through collusion, multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

All sports bets placed through 799pak are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20, bilateral series, ICC World Cup and Test cricket — are governed by the official sport rules in force at the time of the event plus any platform-specific market rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bets are accepted in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, unless odds are stated as subject to change (e.g., in-play markets).
• In the event of a market error or technical fault resulting in an obviously incorrect price, 799pak reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, for live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing conducted under camera. Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are those published by the relevant technology provider and are illustrative of theoretical long-run returns only.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless an error or technical fault has occurred on the platform's side.
• Football, UFC, kabaddi and all other sports markets are subject to the same principles above as applied to their respective sport's official rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 799pak platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or the name of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from any form of criminal, illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, pricing mistake or loophole in the platform's systems for financial gain.
• Using any form of automation, artificial intelligence, betting algorithm or other mechanical means to interact with the platform's betting or gaming services.
• Colluding with other players, casino employees or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other corruption of a sporting event.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using chargebacks, disputed transactions or payment reversal mechanisms to defraud the platform of legitimate losses.

799pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account restriction.
• Determined ineligibility — for example, discovery that the account holder is under the minimum age, is a self-excluded player, or is located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited.

Upon closure for cause, 799pak reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is not related to misconduct or fraud, any verified remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and no marketing communications will be sent once a self-exclusion is in effect. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 799pak, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of platform services, whether caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party outage or force majeure.
• Any loss of winnings, profits or data arising from a technical error, provided that the platform acts promptly to investigate and rectify the error.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information, odds or content published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 799pak's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content available on the 799pak platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the property of 799pak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
• Use any platform content for commercial purposes or in any context not expressly authorised by 799pak.
• Remove, modify or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in the platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of platform content will immediately terminate the licence granted above and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

799pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices for all players. We provide the following player protection tools through your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of active play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or apply an extended exclusion. During exclusion, marketing communications are suspended and account access is restricted.
• Permanent Closure: Request permanent account closure at any time. This decision cannot be reversed.

799pak reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email or prominent on-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. 799pak recommends revisiting these Terms whenever you notice a change to that date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, which is displayed in the platform's licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause overrides any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan or any other applicable jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact the 799pak support team in the first instance. The vast majority of queries are resolved informally at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable process are available from the support team on request.

You acknowledge that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms must be commenced within the time periods prescribed by the applicable governing law. Delay in bringing proceedings may prejudice your legal rights.
